The crystal basics...

Before we get into the more advanced information, let's just cover the basics. Are crystals some sort of crazy thing that people arbitrarily declare to have magical powers without any substantial proof? Is this woo-woo nonsense or is it scientific in nature? How do we know which crystals do what-did someone just say so and we should just go along with it? Why are we so fascinated with crystals anyway, and find them so hypnotizingly attractive?

What compels us towards crystals is a desire to grow. Crystals are actually always growing. This is a slow growth that you can't perceive. Much like an old growth tree, you'll never live to see its full blossom and magnificence. Your crystal collection is not only growing by the very action of your adding of new purchases and finds, but the crystals themselves are growing. A crystal garden, is what you have.

And like any growing garden varieties, no wonder crystals clear, cleanse, brighten, restore color and recharge so easily when being buried in earth, or let to lay in the moonlight or sunlight. They love a good rinse, those that are not perishable by cool, purified water, and for those that are, a good smoke bath in sage or other smudge, or even sea or pink Himalayan salt does one heck of a good job. In a fix, you could use your breath if you are in a positive state, or have just spoken a prayer, or had a minty herb to clean your airway. Another lesser known trick is to tap (knock) on the crystal three times, just note that this method may also wake a sleeping stone.

Nothing about the nature of crystals is made up by humans, yet our imaginations are captured, captivated by these incredible gems. Our sub-conscious, our streams of consciousness and our perception is magnified in the presence of even a small stone. The sensations and impressions we receive to perceive, are indications of the nature and function of each stone. These impressions may arrive and arise as a thought, a memory, a scent or disembodied fragrance, a vision, a tingling or something else, even a flavor on the tongue that arrives and vanishes like a fleeting ghostly apparition.

Before ever looking at what someone else believes or has experienced a crystal to be or do, make communion and friends with stones. They will reveal their true nature by the very act of your attention and touch. When you do research thereafter, you will be validated and your confidence in yourself, specifically in your intuition, will be bolstered permanently. You will see first hand that this is no joke.

We are attracted to things that answer our prayers like an echo in a grand void like a canyon. Crystals are materialized, crystallized light frequencies that are the remedies we seek to align with. When the patient is ready, the medicine arrives. And in such a glistening package at that. They are like an external pill.

Who can deny what royalty finds the most precious treasure to be in gems? Jewels and the stars go hand in hand; as above, so below. They are the creative spark of the Heavens and the bones of Gaia the earth. Our eyes glisten, and blink, like the twinkling of the jeweled sky, and when we wish from the heart, constellations form, networks are connected, and ways are made to fulfill every desire, and create any reality.
